dc.description.abstract | This research has as its theme the establishment of trust in theater classes with a
group made up of men from the LGBTQIA+ community, a community that is still
socially marginalized by distancing itself from the idea of heteronormativity, being
oppressively and violently recognized as wrong and/or outside the norm. axle. The
objective correlates the identification of which teacher's attitudes and practices
enhance trust among group members. This research was linked to the discipline
“Supervised Teaching Internship in Theater III - Theater Workshop”. In
methodological terms, this is an exploratory research (Gil, 1991), in which the
theoretical framework is supported by Boal (1988/1996), with the Theater of the
Oppressed. Furthermore, to support studies on gender, sexuality and masculinity,
authors such as Goldhill (2007), Miskolci (2017) and Alves (2022) are brought
forward. In addition to the choice of specific practices, from Boal, belonging, the
circle format, contact and movement were identified as central aspects in developing
and maintaining trust. It is hoped that the insights presented in this work can
instigate and encourage the reader to (re)think their way of conducting scenic
practices, encouraging respect, diversity and plurality, favoring sensitive spaces that
are more welcoming to LGBTQIA+ bodies. | eng |

cênicas estimulando o respeito, a diversidade e a pluralidade, favorecendo espaços
