Desenvolvimento de uma placa de interface entre typhoon hil e launchxl-f28379d
Abstract
Este trabalho propõe o desenvolvimento de uma placa de interface que realiza a conexão
entre o equipamento de simulação HIL, Typhoon-HIL, e um Kit de desenvolvimento
da Texas, o LaunchPad LAUNCHXL-F28379D. O principal objetivo da placa é garantir a
proteção e adequação dos sinais e dados entre os dois equipamentos, bem como facilitar
o desenvolvimento ágil de técnicas de controle e firmwares de sistemas embarcados.
A placa desempenha o papel de condicionamento e proteção dos sinais analógicos e digitais,
bem como proporciona maior versatilidade e adaptabilidade na interação entre os
dois equipamentos tendo em vista que os sinais digitais do Typhoon-HIL são unidirecionais
e do Kit são bidirecionais, dessa forma ocorre um maior aproveitamento dos pinos
do LaunchPad. Ao utilizar o sistema como um todo, é possível testar e validar sistemas
eletromecânicos em um ambiente virtual antes de se realizar testes em sistemas físicos
reais, acelerando o processo de implementação e economizando recursos. Os resultados
obtidos com o uso da placa demonstraram melhorias significativas no desenvolvimento de
programas de firmwares para controle de máquinas. A proteção adequada dos sinais e
a flexibilidade de configuração permitiram um rápido avanço na validação do sistema de
controle, colaborando para a aceleração do ciclo de criação, reduzindo o tempo necessário
para testes e depuração do código.
