Aplicação do mapeamento de fluxo de valores no processo de orçamentação de produtos especiais na empresa Kepler Weber
Abstract
Processos empresariais saturados, longe do pensamento enxuto, são considerados
ultrapassados e pouco competitivos. A empresa Kepler Weber possui um vasto
quadro de funcionários e se encontra em uma invejável posição no mercado. Focada
em manter-se no topo do agronegócio, se torna indispensável análises dos processos
existentes buscando identificar gargalos e eventuais retrabalhos, que não agregam
valor em seu fluxo. Com isso, devido ao grande número de solicitações de orçamentos
de unidades agrícolas, a Kepler Weber investe arduamente em projetos onde se traga
algum ganho perante o cliente. Desta forma, o trabalho tem por objetivo, realizar uma
análise e estudo na área de engenharia do produto, sobre o fluxo de orçamentos de
equipamentos considerados especiais, ou seja, que estão fora do portfólio habitual da
companhia e que dependem de uma avaliação de especialista de produto. Para isso,
foi dedicado um trabalho de mapeamento de todo o fluxo de orçamentação, sendo
desde o recebimento da solicitação de preço, até a devolutiva do escopo atendido
pela área, onde buscou eliminar desperdícios e trabalhos dispensáveis, focando em
agregar valor ao produto, e consequentemente, valor ao cliente. Diante das análises
realizadas no processo, foi observado que o fluxo antigo possuía algumas etapas
desnecessárias e que tornavam o processo engessado. Após a realização do
mapeamento do fluxo, identificou-se que algumas etapas fossem automatizadas,
reduzindo o trabalho manual, e possibilitando a agilidade no processo de atendimento
ao cliente.
