Envio e monitoramento de atividades terapêuticas domiciliares
Abstract
Objetivo: verificar os meios (digitais e/ou físicos) que os profissionais e/ou
acadêmicos de Fonoaudiologia utilizam para envio e monitoramento de tarefas
terapêuticas na prática clínica fonoaudiológica, de acordo com o tempo, a região, e o
tipo de vínculo de atuação profissional. Método: foi desenvolvido um questionário,
na plataforma Formulários Google, contendo 45 perguntas acerca da atuação dos
fonoaudiólogos e acadêmicos atuantes em clínica-escola, como: recursos físicos e
eletrônicos utilizados para o desenvolvimento de materiais terapêuticos;
investimento financeiro necessário; dificuldades encontradas no monitoramento de
atividades enviadas aos pacientes e na forma de envio das atividades; adesão dos
pacientes às práticas domiciliares associadas à terapia presencial e condições de
acesso dos pacientes à internet e à impressão de materiais físicos. Resultados:
97,01% dos participantes realizam envio de terapias e atividades domiciliares. No
entanto, ainda são muitas as dificuldades e empecilhos encontrados no envio e
monitoramento das atividades, visto que pelo menos metade desta população não
possui um meio de monitoramento de tais tarefas. Conclusão: As principais formas
de envio de tarefas são feitas de modo informal, como o WhatsApp, ou com
materiais físicos. Quanto ao monitoramento, uma minoria dos profissionais afirma
realizar um controle de realização das atividades, sendo a forma mais comum por
meio de relato do paciente e/ou responsáveis. As dificuldades encontradas para
realizar este controle das tarefas terapêuticas evidenciam a necessidade de maiores
investimentos para este fim.
