A problemática da indisciplina na sala de aula: estudo de caso de uma escola municipal de Fortaleza

Abstract

According to the increasing of indiscipline that leads to repetition, exclusion or evading of many students from school, it became necessary to investigate the reasons that cause this problem at classrooms. In order to achieve it, the general purpose of this Monography was to board the problem of indiscipline in the classroom at the elementary school. To the production of this research, it was consulted writers as LUCK (1998,2000,2002,2006,2008), PARRAT-DAYAN (2008), SHIMIDT (1989), SOARES (1989), VASCONCELOS (1995), DALMAS(1994), AQUINO (1996), PIAGET (1977) and DEMO (1987). The intention is to find, after theoretic research and field method with interviews, data and observations, solutions to contribute in minimizing the problem. Its aim is to investigate the causes that lead indiscipline to turn into a frequent increasing problem to School Management. Teachers should be able to understand that their point of view of discipline is wrong and build a new view that is: discipline has to express aliened relations anymore. It’s tried to follow a conscious discipline where it has participation, respect, responsibility, construction of knowledge, as well as the forming of the character and citizenship. The aim is that through a sharing planning, according to the political pedagogical project, all the school community is engaged, reaching an education with quality and democracy for all. According to this idea, it will probably result in a reduction of the school evasion rate and students will begin to respect and like the place that belongs to them.
