Discurso de ódio homofóbico nas redes sociais: a figura pública no centro dos ataques
Abstract
Este trabalho visa analisar o processo de construção dos discursos de ódio homofóbico proferidos nos comentários em publicações na página oficial no Facebook do Deputado Federal Jean Wyllys, elencando quais os elementos utilizados na construção deste discurso odioso, além de analisar a dinâmica de interação e conversação da página e o posicionamento do deputado perante os discursos ali dispostos. A homossexualidade tem sido pauta recorrente em diversos canais de comunicação, o que traz a tona o processo de legitimação da minoria LGBTQIA, mostrando não só o lado que apoia a igualdade e os direitos humanos, mas também opiniões contrárias ao que o movimento propõe. Analisamos aqui que o discurso de ódio homofóbico surge das premissas fundamentalistas de formadores de opinião, os quais pretendem impor crenças e ideologias a indivíduos que não se identificam com elas. Neste sentido, este trabalho se mostra relevante por abordar o discurso de ódio homofóbico no campo comunicacional, analisando os preceitos de liberdade de expressão intrinsecamente vinculados aos discursos odiosos ali proferidos. A metodologia utilizada foi um estudo de caso e está baseado em uma pesquisa qualitativa, procurando compreender, através da análise de rede ego e forma holística, os processos inerentes a página. Assim conseguimos elencar características dos discursos odiosos proferidos na página em questão, separando-os em três categorias: (i) odioso de cunho religioso; (ii) odioso heteronormativo; (iii) odioso com incitação a violência e morte. Também foi possível destacar aqui o posicionamento pedagógico do deputado, em sua página, ao tratar de temas ligados aos direitos humanos.
