Roteiro multiprofissional de assistência a usuários portadores de neoplasia em cabeça e pescoço
Abstract
O presente estudo tem por objetivo elaborar um roteiro de todas as consultas, atividades e encaminhamentos a serem desenvolvidos pelos profissionais envolvidos na linha de cuidado cabeça e pescoço, a fim de oferecer aos usuários um atendimento que abranja as demandas geradas e na intenção de agilizar o fluxo assistencial que cumpra o preceito de integralidade e acolhimento em todos os campos e núcleos do saber. O câncer de cabeça e pescoço representa em nível mundial 10% dos casos de tumores malignos e geram ao portador demandas complexas, tornando fundamental a atuação de uma equipe multiprofissional no processo saúde-doença. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa do tipo descritiva com base na entrevista semiestruturada onde participaram do estudo 15 usuários da linha de cuidado cabeça e pescoço. Para a análise dos dados, empregou-se o método de análise de conteúdo proposto por Minayo (2015) a partir de quatro eixos temáticos definidos a priori: acolhimento, educação em saúde, contrarreferência e aspectos psicológicos no processo saúde-doença. Os profissionais residentes e do serviço preconizam recepcionar os usuários de modo acolhedor e humanizado, gerando satisfação e benefícios por meio do cumprimento de um roteiro que propõe organizar as consultas, encaminhamentos e atividades de uma equipe multiprofissional corroborando com a qualidade da assistência. O cumprimento deste roteiro proporciona diretrizes que norteiam atividades de núcleo e campo ampliando as ações na prestação do cuidado e otimizando o fluxo assistencial. No entanto, identificaram-se algumas dificuldades, tais como a falta de comunicação dos profissionais residentes com os demais colaboradores do serviço do hospital, a construção de saberes que ainda ocorre de maneira conservadora com formação tecnicista e disciplinar, dificuldades geradas pelas próprias demandas internas da instituição que exigem produção por núcleo profissional em grande quantidade e a dificuldade em localizar as unidades básicas de saúde para as quais o profissional do hospital possa contrarreferenciar os usuários que recebem alta hospitalar.
