Desempenho motor no nado crawl através de retroalimentações verbais e demonstrativas
Abstract
As instruções verbais e a demonstração são os meios mais freqüentemente utilizados na
transmissão de informação a cerca da meta a ser alcançada. No presente estudo buscou-se
verificar a existência da diferença do desempenho motor no nado crawl, através da utilização
do método parcial progressivo com dois diferentes enfoques de retroalimentação, as pistas
verbais e a demonstração. Fizeram parte deste estudo treze alunos praticantes de natação da
Escolinha de Natação da Associação Desportiva da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria,
com idades entre nove e quatorze anos e de ambos os sexos. Dois grupos experimentais foram
submetidos a duas diferentes condições de aprendizagem. O primeiro grupo recebeu
retroalimentação demonstrativa e o segundo grupo, pistas verbais. Os resultados mostraram
que houve aprendizagem nos dois grupos, mas através do Teste T de Student para verificar se
ocorreu diferença significativa, observou-se que não houve superioridade entre os grupos, ou
seja, não ocorreu diferença significativa entre eles onde t=0,627, com nível de significância
p<0,05. Tanto o grupo que recebeu a retroalimentação demonstrativa quanto o que recebeu as
pistas verbais obtiveram aprendizagem do nado, melhorando seus desempenhos.
