Superface: coleção de joias-arte a partir da técnica do cinzelado
Abstract
Esta pesquisa consiste na elaboração de uma coleção de joias-arte, a partir do procedimento de cinzelado aplicada ao design de superfície. Como motivação central, a técnica do cinzelado é entendida nesse trabalho como procedimento de criação e também como temática disparadora para a criação de joias-arte. A pesquisa percorre o campo da joia-arte e do método supracitado, trazendo o desenvolvimento da aplicação dessa técnica milenar para os dias atuais. A investigação também demonstra a prática desta metodologia, bem como o desenvolvimento de uma coleção de joias, a partir de sua aplicação. Assim, esta pesquisa compreende conhecimentos de joalheria artesanal referentes a técnicas de cinzelar a superfície metálica. Esse trabalho também faz um recorte sobre a joia-arte e alguns designers por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica. Como metodologia projetual, foi utilizado para embasamento Bernd Lobach, no que compreende a geração de alternativas. O resultado deste estudo consiste na confecção de uma coleção de joias-arte denominada Superface: Coleção de Joias-arte, a partir da Técnica do Cinzelado, onde foram criadas e produzidas três peças de joia-arte, as quais carregam em sua superfície duas técnicas de cinzelado cada. Para isso, foram desenvolvidos seis diferentes tipos de texturas e padronagens por meio de cinzeis que, posteriormente, preencheram a superfícies das joias desenvolvidas. Para a criação das peças, adotou-se como referência os músculos do rosto, levando em consideração três regiões de músculos da face humana à anatomia da face humana que compreendem a face humana, como: testa, maçã do rosto e queixo. Estas peças foram projetadas para serem vestidas sobre o rosto humano e são confeccionadas no metal-latão.
