Internações por dengue clássica e dengue hemorrágica no Brasil no período de 2017 a 2021
Abstract
A Dengue é uma arbovirose transmitida pelo mosquito Aedes Aegypti. Este estudo
tem por objetivo analisar a tendência temporal dos casos de internações por Dengue
Clássica e Dengue Hemorrágica no Brasil no período de 2017 à 2021. Para alcançar
o objetivo proposto realizou-se pesquisa quantitativa descritiva através de dados
obtidos por meio do sistema DATASUS (Departamento de Informática do Sistema
Único de Saúde). O número de internações foi apresentado sob frequência
descritiva e a característica da população foi estratificada pelas variáveis: número de
hospitalizações por sexo, cor/raça, distribuição geográfica de casos, número de
internações por ano e taxas de mortalidade. A análise foi descritiva simples, sob
prevalência (frequência relativa) e frequência absoluta estratificada por ano
analisado. Após análise dos dados pode-se afirmar que no período pesquisado
foram registradas 142.660 internações por Dengue no Brasil. No ano de 2019 foram
registrados os maiores índices, totalizando 55.833 casos, sendo 92,99% de Dengue
Clássica e 7,01% Dengue Hemorrágica. Quanto as características
sociodemográficas, observa-se um crescente aumento na quantidade de internações
em pacientes do sexo feminino 52,04%, enquanto que a cor mais declarada foi a cor
parda com 62.571 (43,87%) dos pacientes. A Região Sudeste apresentou o maior
número de internações por Dengue Clássica 43.028 casos, já a Região CentroOeste registrou uma maior quantidade de hospitalizações por Dengue Hemorrágica
3.169 internações. Sobre as taxas de mortalidade no ano de 2019 foi registrada uma
alta no número de óbitos, totalizando 457 casos. Destaca-se que o número de
internações não vem em queda como se é esperado, o que corrobora com a
necessidade de maior investimento da aplicação de políticas públicas voltadas para
a área, bem como, a colaboração da sociedade na eliminação dos criadouros do
vetor.
