Estampa de chita: o floral e as superfícies têxteis visando uma coleção de moda
Abstract
A presente investigação apresenta os estudos e os resultados de um projeto em Design
de Superfície Têxtil, tendo como referencial o tecido de chita, onde as estampas serviram
como subsidio na criação de uma coleção de moda. Para tanto a pesquisa embasou-se na
adaptação das metodologias de Bruno Munari (1998) e Bernard Löbach (2001) como ferramentas
referenciais na etapa projetiva. Para alcançar esse objetivo, simultaneamente com o
processo criativo e geração de alternativas foram realizadas pesquisas em torno de três linhas
distintas: o (i) primeiro aborda a história da chita e descreve suas características, as quais foram
utilizadas como referência no processo criativo; o (ii) segundo trata de conteúdos sobre a
multidisciplinaridade do design, relacionando o gráfico com o design de superfície e moda;
por fim (iii), a realização de uma pesquisa sobre a superfície têxtil, propriedades dos tecidos e
métodos de beneficiamento têxtil. Nos resultados, constata-se a adaptação das metodologias
através de desenhos baseados em referenciais fotográficos, seguindo uma mesma linguagem
visual que compõem uma coleção de estampas, com as características associadas às chitas
onde algumas foram aplicadas a peças de vestuário. Os protótipos obtidos são apresentados
em quatro linhas de estampas que são: Calêndula, Papoula, Lírio e Hibisco.
