A utilização das ferramentas de AVA na educação corporativa

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has revolutionized the educational process throughout the world-do. Given that academic education comes as using these tools even more actively, because the business could not avail themselves of this possibility in the form of continuing education organizations? The proposed objective of the paper is to observe which of the tools that AVA would fit best for corporate education, this goal will to en-controlled process of globalization of education, bringing the academic practice to practice corpo-va. To pursue this goal we used a qualitative approach, seeking common traits of academic education with corporate education, the method used was the method of exploratory research and literature, and to do comparative profile of the academic and corporate was used the technique of observation. The result obtained after removal of the theories and data, was a full interactivity between the use of AVA tools in academia with its use in the corporate environment.
