Os direitos humanos como política emancipatória na globalização

Abstract

This study analyses how the Human Rights, under the multicultural vision, can constitute an emancipated political platform, been able to join the social moviments known as micropolitics to the respect for life. It was divided into three chapters and in the first one it recognizes the different conceptions about globalization and how it can offer possibilities to a new citizenship. Then it concepts the Human Rights and the different generations of these rights, as well as the new realities surged in postraditional societies. In the final chapter it discusses the dialogue construction among the different cultures and social subjects and how they could be related to the Amplified and New Platform of the Human Rights.
