Perfil dos pacientes atendidos em um ambulatório multiprofissional pré-transplante de células tronco hematopoiéticas
Abstract
O aumento da incidência de câncer no Brasil é inegável e dados fornecidos pelo INCA sustentam essa informação. Para alguns pacientes com tipos específicos de neoplasias hematológicas existe um tipo de tratamento denominado Transplante de Células Tronco Hematopoiéticas (TCTH) ou Transplante de Medula Óssea (TMO), oferecendo maior sobrevida. O TCTH é um tratamento para doenças hematológicas, as quais afetam as células sanguíneas, com o objetivo de reconstruir uma medula saudável. Pode ser alogênico, autólogo ou singênico. O objetivo do presente estudo foi o de determinar o perfil dos usuários atendidos no ambulatório multiprofissional pré-transplante do HUSM. Os dados referentes ao perfil dos pacientes foram coletados por meio da análise dos prontuários e analisados por meio do programa SPSS. Dos 33 pacientes que participaram da pesquisa o predomínio do sexo masculino (21 - 63,6%). A média de idade foi 55,8 anos. A maioria dos pacientes eram brancos (29 - 87,9%). A doença de base mais frequente foi Mieloma Múltiplo (14 - 42,4%). Em 30 pacientes foi possível identificar o momento definido da descoberta da doença (idade média de 52 anos). A idade média no momento do TCTH foi de 53 anos. De 15 pacientes foi possível identificar o tempo de internação cuja média ficou em 40 dias. O tempo de seguimento pós-transplante, a média foi de 20 meses. A pega dos neutrófilos (média ocorreu no D+17- informação encontrada em 14 pacientes). A pega de plaquetas (média no D+18- informação encontrada em 11 participantes). A maioria dos pacientes não apresentou comorbidades (13 - 39,4%). Dentre as comorbidades, a mais prevalente foi Hipertensão (6 - 18,2%). 24 (72,7%) pacientes não apresentaram nenhuma complicação após o TCTH. Dentre as complicações, a mais frequente foi Herpes Zoster (2 - 6,1%).
