Manejo e conservação do solo
Abstract
A disciplina de Manejo e Conservação do Solo é composta por 5 Unidades, sendo que na Unidade 1, os objetivos são conceituar a degradação do solo; verificar a importância da degradação do solo em sistemas agropecuários; caracterizar os diferentes tipos de degradação do solo. Na Unidade 2, os objetivos são introduzir a conservação do solo; verificar as consequências dos processos erosivos para a agricultura e o ambiente; caracterizar os diferentes tipos de erosão quanto ao seu agente, fases, formas e processos de ocorrência. Na Unidade 3, o objetivo é apresentar as principais práticas mecânicas e vegetativas na prevenção e recuperação de solos degradados. Na Unidade 4, os objetivos são apresentar os diferentes sistemas de manejo do solo; discutir a importância do sistema plantio direto. Por fim, na Unidade 5, os objetivos são verificar o efeito de diferentes sistemas de manejo sobre algumas propriedades químicas, físicas e biológicas do solo; discutir a ocorrência de ervas espontâneas em diferentes sistemas de manejo; analisar a relação da contaminação ambiental com os diferentes sistemas de manejo.
