Saúde materno infantil: dados do Programa Nacional de Melhoria do Acesso e da Qualidade da Atenção Básica
Abstract
O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar o perfil epidemiológico da saúde materno infantil dos 21 Municípios da 4ª Coordenadoria Regional de Saúde a partir do estudo dos dados gerados no 2ª Ciclo do Programa de Melhoria do Acesso e Qualidade da Atenção Básica (PMAQ-AB). Foi realizado um estudo epidemiológico observacional transversal utilizando como instrumento de avaliação os dados de avaliação externo do PMAQ-AB, módulos I e II. Para a análise estatística dos dados foi utilizado o software Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) versão 20.0, onde foram realizadas as análises de frequência absoluta e relativa. Participaram da avaliação externa 61 unidades de saúde e 66 equipes. Foi observado que 11% das unidades de saúde oferecem o horário alternativo para atendimento aos usuários, 58,3% apresentam aparelho de pressão infantil, 62,5% possuem estetoscópio infantil e 73,8 % ofertam vacinação regularmente. 92,4% das equipes referem realizar consultas de pré natal e 89,4% de crianças até dois anos. As equipes monitoram suas gestantes através da contra referência da maternidade (27,3%), possuem sistema informatizado em relação à data do provável parto (13,6%), e recebe informações das SMS (15,2%), além de outras formas de monitoramento (45,5%) e 21,2% referem não realizar esse monitoramento. 89, 4% das equipes referem utilizar a caderneta de saúde para acompanhamento da criança e 69,7% avaliam e monitoram índices de aleitamento materno e alimentação complementar saudável. A oferta de ações educativas e de promoção de saúde para planejamento familiar é de 74,2% e para gestantes e puérperas (aleitamento materno) é de 87,1%. As equipes cada vez mais vem atendendo a demandas da saúde materno infantil. Contudo, persistem importantes barreiras organizacionais para acesso, os fluxos estão pouco ordenados em alguns municípios e a integração da APS à rede ainda é incipiente.
