Gestão de eventos: eficiência, eficácia e efetividade no planejamento e na prestação de contas

Abstract

Increasingly, the event management takes the role of protagonist with the society. Aware of the advances of the event market in the last years, we notice the increasing importance of this sector within governments and organizations. This paper comes with the proposal to present possibilities for the planning and reporting of events accounts, being justified by the need to be constantly updated and prepared for their practices, considering that we live in a moment when great changes and advances might occur in a short time. Based on a contextualization of creative economy scenarios and the event market in Brazil, we are located in the alternatives and possibilities of the sector, followed by a bibliographical review in which authors and different perspectives that compose their models of planning and reporting are presented, making possible the organization of a practical and effective and efficient proposal of models - planning and reporting of events accounts - for assistance the management of events.
