Inclusão de pessoas com necessidades educativas especiais na escola de ensino regular: desafios da gestão escolar

Abstract

The present work approaches the subject of those relating to educational inclusion of students with special needs in the regular net of education, having as reference the specific legislation regarding the inclusion, the theoretical study and production studious of the area of field. The revision of the bibliography and the research of field place in evidence some factors that need bigger attention and persistence on the part of the Governments Federal, State and Municipal and of the proper pertaining to school community, so that the inclusion happens in fact. The intention of the research aims at to raise given in order to observe if the municipal public schools of Cruzeiro do Oeste/PR, and in special way the professors, duly are prepared to receive the People with Educative Necessities Special in the classrooms of regular education. The research was carried through in three schools of basic education, through questionnaire contends four opened questions, which had been answered by fifteen professors and six directors of each one of three schools, totalizing twenty and one professionals, which had pointed the formation of the professor as main difficulty in the implementation of the inclusion. The answers supplied for these professionals had served as parameter to verify as she is being implemented the inclusive education in the schools of the city, as well as base the quarrels on the subject object of this monograph.
