This article treats on the digital Inclusion in the process of transformation of the society, making a reflection on the theme, with the challenges and perspectives in the students' education, teachers and also of the society that these live together, through the telecentros in education where access activities are developed the social nets of communication with the chats use, forums, sent e-mails and received by people of several places and countries of the world, interlinked through the internet and through the programs of digital Inclusion. Being used the new technologies in the constant it looks for for the aprimoramento of the learning in front of the teaching, being done with this necessary, the use of these new digital tools in the education.
