Mudanças nas práticas educativas dos professores para a inclusão de alunos surdos na escola regular
Abstract
A presente investigação teve como objetivo verificar quais são os
desafios e as mudanças necessárias nas práticas educativas dos professores,
da escola regular, para que seja possível pensarmos em um processo de
inclusão, de alunos surdos, com resultados positivos para este sujeito. Esta
pesquisa foi desenvolvida durante sete meses, entre os anos de 2009 e 2010,
com a realização das observações diárias, no Instituto Federal Farroupilha -
Campus Santo Augusto, tendo como sujeitos da pesquisa dois alunos surdos,
um deles oralizado e com leitura labial perfeita, e outra aluna usuária somente
da Língua Brasileira de Sinais (LIBRAS). Através do estudo foi possível
perceber que as escolas que possuem, ou que terão alunos surdos incluídos,
precisam adaptar as suas práticas, a fim de contribuírem para o progresso
escolar dos alunos. Também é necessário investir na formação dos professores
para que o processo de inclusão escolar seja feito com solides, garantindo
assim o acesso e permanência dos alunos surdos, proporcionando aos
professores novas formas de trabalhar suas práticas, fazendo-se as mudanças
necessárias para que a inclusão se efetive.
