Cuidado pré-natal no contexto da gravidez adolescente: um estudo de revisão
Abstract
A gravidez no período da adolescência contribui para maior probabilidade de ocorrência de
problemas emocionais, comportamentais, educacionais e de aprendizagem, além de favorecer
a ocorrência de complicações na gravidez e no parto. Constitui-se um problema de saúde
pública. Por isso, é importante que as adolescentes tenham acesso a atenção pré-natal
adequada, humanizada e qualificada. Objetivo: Identificar e analisar os artigos científicos que
relacionam o cuidado pré-natal com a gravidez na adolescência. Método: Trata-se de uma
revisão integrativa através da biblioteca virtual SCIELO e das bases de dados LILACS e
MEDLINE no mês de setembro de 2015. Resultados: Foram analisados 16 estudos conforme
os critérios de inclusão, 13 pesquisas estão relacionadas ao cuidado pré-natal, tendo como
participantes, adolescentes gestantes ou puérperas. E três estudos restantes se referem a
relação entre profissionais de saúde e adolescentes inseridas na assistência do pré-natal. Os
principais achados refereriram-se a baixa adesão das adolescentes gestantes nos períodos
iniciais da gestação ou a uma adesão tardia. Os fatores de risco a saúde materna e neonatal
como: óbito neonatal e pós-natal, morbidade materna, baixo peso ao nascer e prematuridade
foram abordados nas produções científicas. Questões referentes ao atendimento à gestante,
como por exemplo, o vínculo com os profissionais de saúde, insuficiência das informações
passadas pelos profissionais e o despreparado para trabalhar com as demandas das
adolescentes foram salientados. Além disso, destacam a importância do apoio social no
período da gestação. Os estudos relatam a família, o companheiro, os serviços de saúde como
fontes de apoio as adolescentes gestantes.
