dc.description.abstract | The present work is the result of a bibliographical research of qualitative nature that tries to discuss the motives that lead the children and adolescents, initially enchanted by the school, to lose this enchantment and if the school manager can do something to minimize this problem. On trying to solve this problem we traced as a general aim: analyzing to which extent the affective relations can contribute to the surpassing of the difficulties of learning and the school failure leading the students to get re-enchanted by the school as well as the role of the manager in this process. The present work allowed us to detect some causes that lead to the school failure, as well as to raise elements that allow us to evaluate of what leads to the disenchantment by the school. It also allowed us to recognize the importance of the affection and the self-esteem in the affective bond and as a way to make the learning easier, motivation, discipline, self-control and the well being of the teenager and the child at school. A student with low self-esteem will hardly face the more favorable aspects of the learning process. When there is self-esteem they become more active, make friends, have sense of humor, take part in the discussion and projects, deal better with the mistakes, feel proud to contribute, are happy, confident and creative. When that happens they love the school and keep having a great love for it. The manager has a fundamental role when he incentives actions that stimulate the surpassing the school failure and to raise the self-esteem of the students in a way that keeps them enchanted by the school. | eng |
