A percepção dos alunos sobre o uso da internet em sala de aula

Abstract

This article aims to verify students' perceptions regarding the use of the internet in the classroom, since the integration of technology in education becomes important in the present day. In this sense, the problem of the present study consists of knowing if the internet is used in the school environment as a support tool in student learning. For this, a bibliographic review was carried out aiming to make a survey about the works already done on the subject in question, as well as of the authors that deal with the technologies in the school environment. The data were collected through a questionnaire applied to the students of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of high school of a state public school located in the municipality of Coronel Barros, in addition, the research was characterized by being descriptive and qualitative. In the opinion of the students, it is possible to affirm that most of the teachers make use of the internet in the classroom. The results show that the use of the Internet is important for the learning of most of the students studied, helping to understand the content, since it facilitates the presentation and presentation of the contents, generating other possibilities for new learning. From the data, it is noticed that the Internet resource leaves the students more motivated, allowing more attention in the classes, reflecting positively in the relationship between students and student-teacher. In addition, it was found that learners feel good when activities involve the resources available in the network, however, some problems related to connection and speed limit their use.
