Mulheres, periferias e a desigualdade de gênero: uma análise de conteúdo do documentário "Sozinhas"

Abstract

This course conclusion work has as objective of researching, to reflect on how gender inequalities and their consequences are perceived in the rural scope, having western Santa Catarina as the place of study. The qualitative analysis was carried out from the documentary “Sozinhas”, directed by Ângela Bastos, in the year of 2017, and it permeates not only the theme of violence against women, but also other sensitive issues related to gender, such as social isolation, gender inequality, male domination, job differences, etc. Based on these reports of women in the documentary that was possible to carry out the content analysis method (BARDIN, 2002), in a way the terms were classified and reframed, based on the parameters of the approached methodology. The purpose of this research is to disseminate information and observe gender-related recognition in rural areas, through these women, as well as to understand their social organizations through the communication of relationships in network. In this way, the realization of this monograph is necessary when appropriated the information provided by these women, so that more effective strategies for improving the life of this population are created, that reflects the reality of them.
