Abstract

The present objective work to evidence three methods of evaluation of investments through the projections of Future Cash Flows, being these the calculations of Net Present Value, of the Internal Tax of Return and the Deducted Payback. Based in the estimated one of that the investments are carried through aiming at to create value for the investors, one demonstrates that the evaluations carried through for these methods enable the investor to visualize if the projects who are to its disposal are economically viable or not, or either, if this will go to add or to lose value.
