Estratégias de autocuidado utilizadas pelos trabalhadores de ESF durante a pandemia da Covid-19
Abstract
Introdução: Em 2020, a Atenção Primária à Saúde teve que reorganizar os processos de trabalho
devido ao estado de emergência global que a Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS) decretou
com base na pandemia da covid-19, gerando assim um dos maiores desafios no âmbito da saúde
pública. Pode-se afirmar que, em razão da pandemia, houve muitos desafios e incertezas,
principalmente aos profissionais da saúde que atuaram na linha de frente, expondo-os a riscos
graves de saúde, em decorrência das fragilidades relacionadas às condições de trabalho, gerando
medo, insegurança e ansiedade. Objetivo: Identificar as estratégias de autocuidado que os
trabalhadores de eSF do Município de Santa Maria/RS utilizaram durante a pandemia da
COVID-19. Método: Estudo de abordagem qualitativa, descritiva e exploratória, realizado com
trabalhadores de eSF do Município de Santa Maria/RS. A técnica de coleta de dados utilizada
foi a entrevista semiestruturada e os dados foram submetidos à análise de conteúdo temática.
Resultados: A análise resultou em duas categorias temáticas abordando o impacto da covid-19
na saúde dos trabalhadores de eSF e as ações de autocuidado desenvolvidas pelos profissionais
da saúde. Conclusão: A pandemia teve repercussões negativas na saúde dos profissionais,
podendo citar o medo, exaustão física e sobrecarga de trabalho. Utilizaram como estratégias de
promoção e prevenção às Práticas Integrativas e Complementares em Saúde (PICS), reeducação
alimentar, apoio psicológico e atividade física com intuito de desenvolver seu cuidado mental
e físico. Assim, percebe-se que para promover a saúde dos profissionais, deve-se implementar
ações voltadas para as necessidades dos mesmos.
