Avaliação da fusão de sensores IMU e odometria para um robô turtlebot utilizando AMCL no framework ROS
Abstract
Quando o sistema de coordenadas de um robô e o mapa do ambiente possuem uma correspondência
com algoritmos de localização, surgem problemas relacionados à medição precisa
e direta da posição do robô, que está diretamente ligada às medições dos sensores, que frequentemente
contêm erros, ruídos e fatores influenciadores. Neste artigo, um experimento será conduzido
para demonstrar a propagação de erros e a tentativa de correção usando os algoritmos
mencionados. Este estudo envolverá a comparação entre resultados de simulação e odometria
de um robô real em duas trajetórias diferentes. Técnicas de correção foram utilizadas através
do framework ROS para avaliar a posição do robô usando o Filtro de Kalman Estendido (EKF),
que realiza uma fusão de dados dos sensores de odometria, Unidade de Medição Inercial (IMU)
e o algoritmo de Localização Adaptativa de Monte Carlo (AMCL) em um Turtlebot3 em um
ambiente interno. Além disso, dois testes de navegação foram realizados, um utilizando o mapa
gerado pela localização e mapeamento simultâneos (SLAM) e outro utilizando um mapa de
projeto assistido por computador (CAD) do ambiente onde o robô está navegando. Nesse sentido,
os testes nos proporcionam uma comparação da localização dos sensores e dos algoritmos
de localização nos mapas CAD e SLAM.
