O benefício instituído pela lei nº 13.982/2020 e as problemáticas enfrentadas pelo público-alvo para o acesso ao auxílio emergencial durante a pandemia da covid-19 no Brasil

Abstract

This article deals with the benefit of emergency assistance and the problems encountered and faced by countless Brazilian citizens when accessing this benefit. Objectively, with the interdisciplinary contribution of the areas of social sciences and economics, it analyzed the roots of such issues and their impacts on the lives of Brazilians considered to be the target audience for assistance, at a time of economic weakness. Within this context, this article, which is developed in three chapters, uses the inductive approach method, given the need to analyze different documents and cases, in order to create a general truth. And in this way, as a form of complementation, the methods of historical and monographic procedure are used, taking advantage of their characteristics that include analyzes of the past and of the social reality in which the aforementioned citizens live. From the use of such methodologies, reorganization for (re) investments in Brazilian social public policies is seen as possible, it would be found as a first step towards greater support for the most vulnerable and for the return of the Brazilian economy, during and after the pandemic reality experienced.
