Sustentabillidade e metodologias participativas: a experiência dos agricultores participantes da metodologia MESMIS na região central do RS
Abstract
O presente trabalho investiga, sob a perspectiva da sustentabilidade, a contribuição dos agricultores familiares em transição Agroecológica, da Região do Território Central, para os processos de ensino/aprendizagem em Agroecologia. Apresentamos elementos que buscam evidenciar a importância das experiências dos agricultores, bem como sua relação com os agroecossistemas, na construção e intercâmbio de saberes e conhecimentos. Esse trabalho foi elaborado a partir da análise de diálogos, e relações, que se apresentaram a partir da metodologia Marco para la Evaluación de Sistemas de Manejo de Recursos Naturales incorporando Indicadores de Sustentabilidad, ou MESMIS. Essa atividade foi desempenhada pelo Núcleo de Estudos em Agroecologia, Agrobiodiversidade e Sustentabilidade Prof. José Antônio Costabeber, iniciando em dezembro de 2013. A pesquisa se utiliza de documentos, entrevistas, fotografias e material audiovisual recolhidos entre abril de 2015 e junho de 2016. Sendo que atualmente permanecem contribuindo para os trabalhos relativos à metodologia oito (08) agroecossistemas em transição agroecológica. E a partir desse grupo apresentamos a pesquisa questionando como a diversidade cultural, as estratégias de produção, as concepções a respeito da Agroecologia e da questão ambiental contribuem para a manutenção da sustentabilidade. Também apresentamos a importância das metodologias participativas, e do permanente questionamento do paradigma científico, como essenciais para a produção de pesquisas e trabalhos relevantes que valorizem a experiência do agricultor.
