Percepções dos trabalhadores da saúde mental a partir da pandemia da Covid-19
Abstract
A Rede de Atenção Psicossocial integra a saúde mental em todos os pontos de atenção à saúde no âmbito do Sistema Único de Saúde. Entre os serviços de Atenção Psicossocial Especializada tem-se os Centros de Atenção Psicossocial que atuam como articuladores da rede no qual se tornam locais de referência. Em meio às atividades cotidianas de cada serviço de saúde, no ano de 2020, foi declarado o início da pandemia da COVID-19. Houve um alerta à saúde pública, sendo considerado pela Organização Mundial de Saúde uma emergência de saúde internacional, caracterizando-se como uma pandemia. Objetiva-se através do estudo compreender as percepções dos trabalhadores de saúde mental sobre a pandemia da COVID-19. Ao enfocar as discussões sobre os impactos da pandemia na rotina dos serviços, dos usuários e dos profissionais de saúde mental, busca-se fornecer subsídios para uma reflexão abrangente sobre os efeitos que a pandemia deixou na conjuntura atual do campo da saúde mental. O presente estudo estruturou-se através de uma pesquisa qualitativa, exploratória e descritiva, realizada com os profissionais de um CAPS, tipo II. Através da análise qualitativa, destacou-se dois tópicos disparadores para discussão: Rotinas do Centro de Atenção Psicossocial; e os Significados da pandemia. A pesquisa permitiu identificar tanto fragilidades quanto potencialidades nas percepções dos profissionais de saúde, sugerindo que as consequências da pandemia ainda podem servir como objetivos para a reorganização e reestruturação da RAPS, destacando-se a importância de buscar através dos desafios enfrentados melhorias aos cuidados nos serviços de saúde mental.
