As convergências entre gestão escolar e o trabalho dos professores em escolas municipais de Santa Maria - RS

Abstract

This work appeared of my fidget on as the pertaining to school management and the work of the teachers happen identifying the convergences in this process. It objectified to understand, through the speech of the managers of municipal schools of the Camobi quarter in Santa Maria/RS, which alternatives the school searchs to organize the work of the teachers in a participation perspective and as this possibility is contemplated in the pertaining to school management. In my understanding, this if of had the social and economic differences in the country. Being thus, I question as the pertaining to school management would be possible to take care of the public politics and to inside prevent the inaquality of the pertaining to school environment. The research was carried through with carried through open interviews with seven professionals who act in the directive team of four municipal schools. It was a qualitative research, a study of case, with critical analysis. The participativa management propitiates that the education becomes instigante its students, a time that searchs in its reality the understanding and the reflection for its studies. The work of the teachers meets related directly to this participation, which will leave of the joint decisions being planned for the presented reality taking care of to its objectives and perspectives. However, I understand that so that the education happens for all, it is necessary the participation also of all the involved ones in the pertaining to school environment. Together, it is possible to reflect, to think and with responsibility to carry through the taking of decisions. Decisions these that will be I benefit it of all, however of the students who more will be motivated and received in the pertaining to school environment, however in the society that it will reflect in conscientious and also participations citizens.
