Learning (DL) feel prepared to proportionate the accessibility of academic students with disabilities. In
the contemporary context, the DL has assumed new challenges such as the educational inclusion of
academic students with disabilities in the distance courses. From students’ accessing, has emerged
questions about the operationalization of this process and if the tutors and the professors feel

is relevance to the implementation of a support service to the working group. Likewise, it intended to
verify demands and intervention possibilities along with the working team. In the end of the data
analysis, it was possible to map the demands and the interests of the working group. This research is
characterized as a qualitative study, as a case study. For the data collection, the participants were
invested by e-mail to answer an on-line survey available on Google Docs. From the answers and the
data analysis, it has been understood that the majority perceives the complexity of this process and
signalize the importance of a continuing education about the subject. The research allowed mapping
the demands and the interests of the team group, a material that will be the base of a future
performance of formation with the group. | eng |
