Inclusão e Educação Física Escolar: do direito à oportunidade

Abstract

An Inclusive Education and of quality is with certainty one of the desires of our society, but we know that this same society is who discriminates the people who present some special necessity. The biggest challenge of the education is to promote actions that transform prejudiced the idea already installed, searching to change this picture. Being part of this Inclusive Education, it is the Pertaining to school Physical Education, that now with the look of the new Law of the Lines of direction and Bases of the National Education, will have to be offered in accordance with the necessities of the pupil is deficient it or not, what it will cause a look of more sensible form stops with the same. From this new reality this article is presented, with the purpose of if the same getting through an analysis and quarrels involving the related subject already. As metodológico resource for this study, a bibliographical research was carried through, of qualitative matrix, for in such a way it retakes while literature revision, the Brazilian Educational Legislation, detaching the Constitutions of Brazil and the Law of Lines of direction and Bases of the National Education. Analyzing the data and reflections, it was observed that the Inclusive education is fact that if cannot run away then fits the school to create strategies to include these pupils with educative necessities special in regular education, as foreseen in law, recognizing the individual necessities, treating the pupil as to be only.
