Adoção de TIC como prática educativa por professores do ensino básico e médio em uma escola particular em Tapejara - RS
Abstract
As Tecnologias Digitais de Informação e Comunicação (TDIC) vem sendo aplicadas em diversos contextos e mostram que tem muito a contribuir para o ensino-aprendizagem quando aplicadas à prática pedagógica. A adoção de tecnologia como parte de sua prática por professores exige, além de competências e habilidades específicas do docente, o fomento e estímulo à sua aplicação por parte das instituições de ensino. Com base nisto, nosso estudo objetivou identificar a habilidade, formas de uso e resistências na aplicação de tecnologias na educação em diferentes níveis de ensino e compreender como é o uso das TDIC na prática pedagógica de professores da FAT - Faculdade e Escola, Instituição de ensino particular de Tapejara-RS. Para isso, um estudo de natureza exploratória foi conduzido, usando uma abordagem quali-quantitativa, em formato de questionário online aplicado junto a 33 professores da Educação Infantil, Ensino Fundamental e Médio. Nossos resultados mostraram que a maioria dos professores já utiliza as TDIC em sala de aula com aprovação dos alunos, porém não de forma totalmente integrada. Também mostraram algumas resistências quanto ao uso das TDIC, além de revelar que a formação continuada adequada para o uso das TDIC é fundamental. Diante disso, nosso estudo mostrou a importância de compreender as necessidades dos docentes e das instituições de ensino e nos leva a refletir que há dificuldades a serem superadas por professores e gestão escolar para que a escola transforme-se e possibilite práticas pedagógicas embasadas nas TDIC e no compromisso social da educação.
