A comunicação interna como elemento potencializador da qualidade: processo de acreditação da Unimed Santa Maria
Abstract
A presente monografia busca compreender de que maneira a comunicação interna pode atuar como elemento potencializador da qualidade, durante a implantação do programa de acreditação na Unimed Santa Maria. O certificado de acreditação é um programa de qualidade opcional para empresas do setor de saúde, que tem como objetivo confrontar os itens de padronização considerados fatores de excelência dos serviços prestados, com as práticas da instituição a ser acreditada. Foram abordados conceitos de qualidade, seu histórico e aplicação ao setor de saúde, bem como revisão bibliográfica acerca da comunicação organizacional, cultura organizacional e comunicação interna em seus níveis, fluxos, redes e canais. O estudo de caso realizado na Unimed Santa Maria foi feito através de observação sistemática, entrevistas semiestruturadas e análise documental, de maneira que a interpretação dos dados direcionou a elaboração de propostas de ações de comunicação interna dirigidas ao processo de acreditação. Através dos resultados obtidos espera-se dar luz a novas abordagens para a comunicação interna, repensando as práticas de comunicação a favor da qualidade.
