Políticas inclusivas e o uso das tecnologias na educação formal
Abstract
Este trabalho discorre acerca das possibilidades de construção de uma educação inclusiva através da utilização de tecnologias da informação e da comunicação (TICs) em âmbito escolar. A lei diz que a escola é a mesma para todos enquanto a realidade mostra que ela tende a representar o padrão social no qual está inserida, sendo mais bem equipada e estruturada à medida que o padrão econômico-social aumenta. Este problema é potencializado ao tratar dos temas digitais, onde as dificuldades iniciam na precária estrutura material e culminam na falta de preparo dos docentes encarregados da educação (que deveria ser emancipadora). Uma educação verdadeiramente inclusiva requer bem mais do que leis e boas intenções. O desenvolvimento da educação depende da organização de ações e participação de todos os sujeitos envolvidos, num processo coletivo de construção, com vistas à real inclusão social e ao reconhecimento e respeito das diferenças. Para tanto, o a utilização correta das TICs é imprescindível, pois estamos inseridos em um contexto de alta complexidade social em que a demanda por informações atualizadas sugere bom espaço pedagógico para desenvolver a curiosidade investigativa, tornando crescente o saber educacional. Isto porque as TICs aparecem como alternativa ao objetivo de que a educação brasileira seja vista e tida como uma educação de qualidade, fazendo crescer a responsabilidade dos profissionais da educação que, mesmo sem o necessário respaldo por parte dos órgãos competentes, possuem em seu trabalho a gigantesca tarefa de tentar melhorar realmente o rumo da educação brasileira.
